Where We Ship From
All orders ship from Nantucket, Massachusetts.
Where We Ship To
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not yet available — if you're outside the US and want a Banh Pho board, email us at hello@banhpho.com and we'll figure something out.

Custom Surfboard Shipping
Custom boards ship after the build is complete (lead times stated at order). We use specialized board carriers and insure every shipment. We'll keep you updated through every step. Delivery may require a signature.
For Nantucket-area customers, local pickup is free and encouraged. You can meet Patrick, see the board, and take it home with a story.
Shipping Times Are Estimates
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect delivery times. We'll do our best to communicate proactively if anything changes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email hello@banhpho.com. We'll replace the item and handle the carrier dispute on our end. You shouldn't have to wait on a carrier claim.
Tax & Duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Address Changes
Once an order ships, we can't change the address. Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you spot an error after ordering but before shipment, email us immediately and we'll do our best.
